Solving the problem would take the sole efforts of the concerned employees, who will have to go out of their way to ensure that they don’t fall behind in this ever growing crowd of competitiveness in the modern workplace. Doing so would only mean salary increments, which can indirectly affect the chances of moving up the ladder for prospective employees who do choose to close the gap once and for all.
